• I was one of three leads to recover the University from a cyber ransomware attack.
• Implemented SentinelOne and Arctic Wolf on all Servers and University PC's for Cyber Security Monitoring.
• Lead the migration of our legacy on premise ticketing system, OS Ticket, into a cloud hosted platform.

System Analyst

• Created a script that syncs Banner and Active Directory Attributes.
• Assisted with migration of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Banner, into the Ellucian Cloud. This included migrating our entire Oracle database.
• Managed Microsoft O365 Suite which includes MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS Azure, and MS Active Directory.
• Assisted Faculty with our Learning Management System (LMS) Brightspace by creating course shells and enabling specific features such as lessons for their course offerings.
• I develop reports in Argos, maintain OS patching both on premise and in the cloud, maintain databases and assist students, staff and faculty with account issues.
• I developed PowerShell reports for account audits as well as account clean up.
• I Developed a way for NMHU to download, archive and delete Zoom recordings which saved the University from additional costs on Zoom cloud storage.

Help Desk Technician

Provided technial support via Zoom ,Phone Calls and In Person. I assisted students, staff, and faculty with hardware/software issues. One of the highights during my time as a Help Desk Technician was creating a python program that automates work order data collecting. This saved the team days of work.

Technical Intern

I collaborated with another intern to create a dashboard that provides status updates of the team's projects. The programming languages we used to achieve this was Angular, CSS, Bootstrap, C# and Javascript.
